SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on Australian orders over $90.00 and $10.00 flat rate on all other orders.

NSW, VIC, ACT: Delivered within 2-5 business days

SA, WA, NT, QLD, TAS: Delivered within 4-10 business days
INTERNATIONAL: Delivered within 10-15 business days

A signature on receipt will be required. We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Your address will be rejected when checking out if it is not a street address.

In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a notification card and re-attempt the following working day. The courier will attempt delivery of the order on 2 consecutive working days, unless they are instructed by the recipient or a member of our Customer Service team to hold for a future delivery date.

Should the courier be unable to complete delivery after the 2 attempts have been made, your order will be returned to us. In this case Eurythmique reserves the right to charge you again for any return and re-send costs that we incur.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Eurythmique, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Subject to your rights at law, we will accept the return of products for a refund if:
 

  1. You change your mind within 30 days of the goods being dispatched by us.

  2. We accept that you have received a product from us that is different from the one you ordered.

  3. We accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you.

  4. The scent does not suit you and you would like to exchange it.
     

IMPORTANT:
For any exchange or refund, the candle must not have been lit.
Eurythmique will allow cancellations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched.
 

Lumoria Range Fundraising Policy
 

Our Lumoria range, is crafted with love and dedication to honor cherished memories. Each candle from this collection is a tribute to special individuals, with 20% of every sale dedicated to supporting their families. This fundraising effort is a heartfelt way for us to give back and support those who have lost their loved ones.

Please note that 30 days after the sale, 20% of the purchase price will be reversed to the family as part of our fundraising commitment. Therefore, any refund requests made after this period will be processed at 80% of the purchase price, as the 20% contribution will have already been allocated to the family.

Note: Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are only available within 30 days of purchase. For faulty or incorrect products, please contact us immediately regardless of the time frame.
